"We worked with Cheri Ozimac for an Atlas Ocean Voyages trip from Lisbon to Barcelona. We had worked with Cheri previously to book a cruise which had ultimately been cancelled. Because she was excellent at her job, we went back to her for this one. She is VERY responsive (important to us) and able to provide valuable advice about ships and cabin selection. Atlas Ocean Voyages is new to the European market and still getting their act together organizationally, but Cheri has been a good advocate for us in obtaining the information we needed. She promptly forwarded any news from the cruise line and clarified any issues we had. Cheri’s office gave us a very nice financial “gift” when we returned, which was better than a shipboard credit (useless on an all-inclusive cruise). We really enjoyed the pre-cruise hotel that she recommended. Though we really enjoyed our Seabourn cruise, we did not feel service was always up to their 6-star ranking.
