"Wow! Where do I even begin to trumpet the virtues of Tully Luxury Travel? I have been a client since 2016. This came about as I wanted to treat my mom with a Europe river cruise for her 80th birthday. After years of looking at their center spread advertising in Condé Nast Traveler I couldn’t help but marvel about what a special company this must be. By coincidence I just happened to be in the Toronto area on business and noticed that their office was within walking distance of my hotel. After phoning and asking if it was possible to meet with a travel advisor to discuss cruise options, I was met with a long pause at the other end. “What? Upon arrival at the office I had the great fortune to be paired with Senior Travel Advisor, Diana Wehrle who has been my “go to” ever since. The word no is not part of her vocabulary. She is incredibly knowledgeable having worked on cruise ships in her former career, very prompt and responsive if I have any questions and concerns and can’t do enough to ensure that you are happy. No matter which advisor you choose, you can’t go wrong. You’ll find that the average tenure of the TLT team is 16 years! Having worked in the travel industry my entire life I can tell you that is unheard of in travel agency terms. Most owners or managers would be lucky if they are able to keep someone for 16 months!
